A Strong parliaments are the foundation of a well-functioning democracy and are essentially needed. The parliamentary research service strengthens the capacity of parliamentarians and thus provides the basis for a well-instructed and competent decision-making of the legislative power.

Lebanese Foundation for Permanent Civil Peace (LFPCP) implemented a project titled: “Enhancing Transparency in Public-Private Partnerships, and Small and Medium Enterprises” to support the Ministry of Economy and trade and the Higher Council of Privatization and Partnership through series of inter-related activities. 

The two main objectives of this project are to support and advocate for a transparent and effective implementation of the PPP law; and to provide a legal framework favorable to the establishment and transparent functioning of SMEs as a main driver for economic growth.

Training Judicial institutes play a pivotal and instrumental role in the development of the judiciary. Its main role revolves in the qualification, continuous education and training of the judiciary members.

The all over purpose of the project is to Building judicial cooperation bridges between Arab Judicial Institutes to support and improve the exchange of the scientific and technical knowledge.

A modern and active parliamentary administration is a key element for well-functioning Parliament and for providing excellent support to MPs in all areas of their parliamentary work.

“Youth to Youth - deliberations and sharing of experiences on the current Mediterranean Refugee and Migrant Crisis: its challenges, impacts and opportunities”, aims to mobilize youths in high schools in the Euro-Med region to gain more awareness, reflect on, and contribute their voices and local knowledge to the ongoing cross Mediterranean refugee and migrant crisis.
